Minimum Order
There is a cost associated with processing any order. We pride ourselves in being able to provide the best service in the most efficient manner; therefore, there is a threshold where efficiency must be kept in balance. Integrity Cleaning Systems minimum order for Free delivery is only $50.00

Back Orders
In the unlikely event that any item in your order is unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance as soon as it becomes available with no additional shipping charges. For backordered items, please allow up to 7-14 business days.

Purchase Orders - Credit Application
Purchase orders are also accepted upon pre-approval for businesses only. Click here to fill out and submit a credit application for your business, and we will do the credit history check quickly for approval. 

Please Note: If you placed an order online utilizing the "Purchase Order" option and have not yet set up an account with Integrity Cleaning Systems, your order will not be processed until approval has been completed.

Checks & Money Orders
Checks and money orders will be accepted for orders placed. 
 
Returns
We guarantee your satisfaction, and therefore we do accept returns on MOST items. We are unable to accept returns on used items. Items that can be returned must be unopened products purchased from Integrity Cleaning Systems and must be returned within 10 days of your receipt provided you have an authorized return merchandise authorization number from our customer support department. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for the following items: floor machines, vacuum cleaners and perishable items. Please make sure to contact customer service before returning an item to us. Product returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.  The refunded amount will be issued to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. For orders placed in error, the cost and responsibility to ship the product back to Integrity Cleaning Systems shall be that of the customers.
